We will collect your personal data for the sole purpose of arranging a wedding, possibly accommodation, and dietary requirements.

- Dietary requirements
- Which days you plan to attend
At most, if booking accommodation:
- Date of birth
- Full name (plus those of children or plus-ones)
- Home address outside of Poland
How long will we retain your data
Potentially forever—this will help us send Christmas cards and remember your children’s names.
We will, however, delete personal data from the website itself, likely within a month of the wedding.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Anyone that will take it – we need to cover the costs of the wedding somehow. Jokes! We don’t share your data with anyone.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including anything you’ve provided. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

The data controller for this website is Ula and Tomek (that’s us!). We are responsible for ensuring your data is handled in accordance with relevant privacy laws and used solely for the purpose of organising our wedding (and maybe keeping in touch afterward).
